Appearance: Poured a cloudy brown color, close to opaque. No visible carbonation. Two finger white, pillow head. Some lacing, but not much.
Smell: Banana and cinnamon spiced nosed, with an apple cider background. Dark sugar sweetness.
Taste: Citrus and cinnamon spice, with hints of nutmeg and clove. Mild and slight dark wheat malts, toasted bread, with moderate sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, smooth, and with a decent bite.
Drinkability: Very good drinkability. Good body and nicely spiced. Well balanced for the style.
