Pours a golden-yellow color with a light haze to the translucency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is banana, cloves, grass, bread and mild biscuits. It's mild, timid, and slightly sweet. Flavor profile is banana, clove right out front. Grassy hops pair with bready and biscuity malts to help balance things out. Smooth. Little heavy on the yeast spice as it warms. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Lightly sharp on the effervescence right at the onset, but otherwise a smooth texture. Overall, balanced, easy, and fair.
