Thiols are highly aroma-active compounds derived from hops that can give very intense fruity flavor to predominantly dry-hopped beers. Skeleton Theory No. 13 aka, Thiol Master, employs genetically engineered brewers’ yeast, thiol powder, and mash hopping to retain and deliver as many hop derived thiol compounds as possible into our finished product.

12oz stubby bottle. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, sweet caramel and resin. Nice fruity taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
