A new brewpub on the main highway just before the turn to Rehoboth Beach which as a nice selection of beers, the beers were of a good quality, good food and a good atmosphere.

Visited on a Tuesday about 2pm. Place was almost empty. Sat out back in game/fire pit area.
V - Located along the main highway Non descriptive from the road. Clean, open, friendly, new with a big restaurant feel. Nice long bar. Outside courtyard area in the back with a fire pit and cornhole. Some outdoor dining as well both in and out of the sun.
Q - The table saison was lacking in flavor, the Thompson island IPA is very fruity in the nose and to a lesser extent in the taste. A nice non-standard not hazy IPA.
Ser - Friendly and helpful.
Sel - a good mix of American and Belgian styles. Wish they had at least one English pub style beer on tap but sadly no.

Note: this place is part of an umbrella of concept restaurants in the southern Delaware area. So evreything in here looks like it was well thought out, spacious interior, big inside bar, beer garden and bar our back, tables and booths, and small patio out front. Average tap list of average quality. Good service, quick and friendly. Did have some corporate vibe to it.

New establishment on Route 1, highly recommended by a couple of friends. Very clean, bright, and open dining area. Bar is off to one side; we sat at a booth. Service was excellent: cheerful, efficient, and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for? Food was good too - I had the Kung Pad Fried Chicken, which was healthy enough to make me feel virtuous. Beer was good too - had the Waiting for Summer DIPA (I reviewed elsewhere on BA). They had quite a list of imports in addition to the extensive selection of Thompson Island beers. I'm planning on returning soon!

Visited the brewery / restaurant this past weekend and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The beer was rock solid and the food was good as well. I had the Shrimp & Sausage Etouffee and being a Jambalaya fan, this was a great decision and it was spicy. (No complaints here.) There were TV's around the bar area and along with indoor seating, there was ample outdoor seating available as well. I did a flight of beers: Glased and Confused, Cosmic Cow, Clawback, and Good Times D-IPA. I enjoyed all four beers (I posted reviews of all four here on BA), walked away wanting to come back. Cans are available to go which was a plus and got a 4-pk of Clawback Hazy IPA, wish I bought more of that particular one - really enjoyed it.
Thompson Island is a new establishment and next time we visit the area it's definitely on my beer hit list. I wish all the best to them and I think they're going to do well.

New kid on the Route 1 block. Big open bright space as you walk in with a good size bar to the immediate right. Some high tops up front and booths spread around the exterior wall. Quite busy on a mid day Saturday, and the layout and high ceilings make it a tad noisy.
Probably 10 beers on tap from a helles-good-to a triple IPA and a RIS. Both of the latter were very good. Another 10 or so guest craft taps as well. Tastes, small pours and full pours all available. A flight is 4 beers.
Service at a table was quick and attentive. Had some excellent tomato soup and I generally don’t do tomato soup. Sloppy Joe egg rolls perfect for dunking!
I don’t think they’ll light the world on fire beer wise. Everything was good to a notch above very good but this is more of a restaurant/brewery than the reverse. Still another option for the thirsty consumer. Let’s see what is still to come.
4/5 canned selections available to go as well.
