Perpetually Unimpressed is focused on highlighting our favorite hop, Nelson Sauvin, with a tropical fruit character derived from an English yeast. It’s dedicated to our brewery dog and best friend Asa, aka Pizza Boy. This grumpy, lovable pup internalizes the spirit of striving for more in life, as does this beer. Think dank, grape must, and Palisade peaches.

A finger's worth of ultra lush creamy uber-light khaki colored frothy goodness... Impressive retention... The color is a hazed slightly vibrant yellowish gold... Loads of lacing our left behind on the glass as the session progresses... Huge tropical nose of orange, mango and pineapple... Perhaps some light lactose underpinnings as well... The flavor profile is hop forward as well, but it takes on a much mellower earthy character as the tropical notes play a distant complimentary role... On the fuller side of medium bodied... Ultra lush and creamy... Smooth with the slightest touch of a chalky finish... This is a really nice really well-round beer... One that goes done easily sip after sip...

Hazy, dirty gold color. Modest head which settles to fine rim bubbles. Minor lacing— mostly spots.

Dry, earthy, and raw root vegetable smell. There’s a touch of cigarette ash to the nose.

The taste is a bit softer but still dry with a straight up bitter finish. The body is average with a finer carbonation. Warming swallow. Longer aftertaste.

Perpetually Unimpressed pours a hazy, orangish, yellowish color, with a big, long lasting head. Aroma is weak, bitter, earthy floral hop notes. Flavor has a hint of bitterness, but mostly dry, sweet, tropical fruit notes. Good body and feel. Overall, a very solid hazy IPA, good dry flavors, and a very good looking beer.

Dull, dirty, pale yellow body, opaque; nice head, thick and frothy and with a slight creamy film on top. Old, dry citrus rind and pith greet the nose; root vegetables. Primarily bitter taste; some citrus acidic flavors; oats; some white wine suggestions. Medium-heavy body; sharp and acidic; dry albeit with a soft juiciness in the background.

This beer is one I wanted to like, but it generally lacks any real distinctness or pizzazz. Murky across the the sensory perspective, the Nelson Sauvin hops may be the one thing that almost stands out, but they, too, get side-tracked with everything else.

Pouring temperature: 50 °F; canning data: unknown

Opaque, murky, orange juice look with a small white head. No lacing and poor retention.
Aroma of mango pulp, white grapefruit pith, greenness.
Tastes of orange juice after brushing your teeth, mango, pineapple, oats, slight hop burn and grapefruit pith bitterness on the finish.
Thick and creamy, lightly carbonated, chewy.
Eh...it's alright. A little too much hop burn and greenness. It's not terrible, but it's hard to enjoy.

Tall can, w/o freshness info that I can find.

Full on juiced n fully hazed look, leaves some larger bubble lacing.

orange juice sniff.

Delicious juiced up take on the NEIPA style…”double dry hopped and unfiltered DIPA” actually according to the label.

Mighty fine creation, with a load of ripe tropical fruits all joining in on the fun. Pineapple, oranges, melon, mango…yummy yummy stuff…..go get some

Canned 2 weeks ago.

Pours opaque orange with a persistent finger of white head.

The nose is grape, orange, grapefruit, dank green, and crackery malt.

The taste follows. Grape, orange, and light to medium green bitterness.

The mouthfeel is medium+ with slight dryness on the finish.

Overall, very good.

DDH Unfiltered DIPA. One of their new flagship DIPAs, really like it. Smooth, good mouthfeel, lots of hop character, citrusy. Very drinkable
