Picked this up from Molly's in Denver. I've had a hankering for an IPA for a few days, and the last two beers I picked up did not do it for me. The search continued...
Poured this from a pint can. The pour immediately gives off a nice citrus aroma from a cloudy yellow body. It leaves about two fingers of head, which vanish after a bit and leave a nice touch of lacing around the edge of my glass. It's very fruity to taste and is just what I was looking for. The beer has a nice body, likely from the oats in the recipe.
I've never had a beer from Knotted Root, but this one has been a good find.
