Hazy to cloudy dirty gold liquid. Modest head, even with a vigorous pour, but it sticks around providing a wide streaks and multiple spots on the glass.
Semisweet smell with a touch of lactose creaminess. White pepper hop bitter nose finishes the blend.
The taste starts off a little dryer than the smell lets on. Smooth start with a body that leans rich and the carbonatin is muted. The bittering hop dominates the swallow, but the immediate aftertaste brings out the vanilla briefly. As it fades, a more biting black pepper lingers a long time. The complexity is completely in the finish.
