"I am Hydrogen >" is an Unfiltered Phantasm DIPA brewed with a silky foundation of flaked wheat and honey malt. Designed to elicit the gentle “in between,” we generously hopped this aromatic creation with Citra, Motueka, Waimea, and Barbe Rouge. We then conditioned this sticky beverage on the elusive thiol-enhancing grape product known as Phantasm. Think Vermont sunsets, floating on air, and feeling light as a feather.

16oz can at share. Hazy golden pour, high fluffy white head. Tropical aroma, fruity, passionfruit. Taste is fruity and juicy, tropical, with a touch of citrus coming in late. Mild bitterness.
