Perpetually Unimpressed V.2 is an DDH Unfiltered DIPA focused on highlighting our favorite hop, Nelson Sauvin, with a touch of Motueka, and a tropical fruit character derived from an English yeast. It's dedicated to our original brewery dog and my best friend, Asa, aka Pizza Boy. This grumpy, lovable pup internalizes the spirit of striving for more in life, as does this beer. Think juicy fruit gum, welch's grape juice, and gooseberry creamsicle.
