Unfiltered Hoppy Kolsch brewed with pilsner malt and white wheat. We hopped this cold conditioned array of beauty with a delicate blend of Motueka, Manalita, Peacharine, and Cashmere.

Slight haze on the ambersh brew and piles of coarse foam in the Zunft Kölsch glass. Faint aroma. This really doesn't taste like much for all the hops. There is a green taste and something like fresh hops with that bit of murk. Overall, this is some sort of hoppy lager but lacks any of the perfumey zing of an actual Kölsch. Finally in the aftertaste the bitterness appears, along with some astringent bit of stems. Drinkable enough, but maybe needs to be in another category. From the 16 oz can that showed up on the West Coast. Not dated.
