A: Pours the usual hazy golden color with a pure white creamy looking head. Retention is decent as well as lacing.
S: Medium intensity smell. You get the typical mangoes and pineapple as well as a light floral notes. Some light malt presence in the form of honey.
T: Medium intensity taste. The taste follows the nose quite well with mangoes and pineapples as well as passion fruit as the dominant flavors. You get some grapefruit/mango peel like bitterness in this one, which definitely separates it from NEIPA's. Floral notes are still present as well as a minor honey note.
M: Creamy and kind of light but a little sticky. Carbonation is a little bit more lively than desired for the genre.
O: This is a solid brew but it kind of confirms my suspicion that this brewery is riding on the hype of the rarity of its beers more than the beers being that awesome.
