6 weeks old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a milky light yellow with a fluffy white head that leaves a good amount of lacing. No floaters.
S: Slightly candied citrus fruits paired with herbal and grassy notes. Very fresh and fruity.
T: Lime, grapefruit and fresh pineapple. Very grassy, but a little less herbal than its smell. Minimally sweet, medium bitterness and a dry finish. Green and hoppy.
F: Full and smooth with a medium carbonation and a clear hop burn.
O: Interesting combination of no less than five different hops. Very well executed with a nice balance and a great mouthfeel. Complex and flavorful despite its rather low ABV. Great beer.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of hoppy floral undertones with some citrusy notes and light tropical notes is enticing. Taste is a good mix between some juicy floral notes with some citrusy notes, light residual sugar notes with some floral undertones. Body is full with good carbonation. Nicely brewed NEIPA.
