A-Hazy pale yellow, straw like. Very little white head to speak of.
S-Hood tropical fruit medley with peaches and cream coming through as well. The distinct Sabro fragrance of coconut comes through nicely
M-Juicy, but also quite chalky, as the bitterness sets in. Low end carbonation and medium mouthfeel. Some hop burn present
T-Fruity flavour with an assertive bitterness presence and Sabro forward flavour profile of tropical, citrus and stone fruit.
O-Excellent beer, but not a Pale Ale in my opinion. More of a NEIPA.
