Frederiksberg 6/2 2025. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque golden, milky yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with subtle citrus fruit and a bit of alcohol. Ripe Peach and Pineapple. Fermentation. Citrus and Lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, soft, slightly viscous, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a touch of alcohol. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice and fresh DIPA.
