My first Messorem experience is a winner. The optics are promising--cloudy yellow pour with a pillowy, lacing white cap. This one is juicy with a nice, rich mouthfeel--almost pulpy. Flavors evolve nicely. At first, sweet tropical fruits mango and pineapple transitioning to citrus rind with a drier finish. Refreshing with enough character to keep you interested.

A-Hazy straw yellow with a thick white pillowy head that has great retention
S-Tropical fruit bomb with mango, pineapple and an assortment of candied citrus peel
M-Mouthfeel is a bit chaulky, carbonation is low end with medium body
T-Sweet fruit flavour upfront with an assertive bitterness that combos with the alcohol to twang the cheeks. Resinous atmosphere in the mouth and the bitterness comes in strong on the finish
O-This is a nice brew, bitterness level leans on the IPA style more than NE.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of juicy hops undertones with some citrusy hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of juicy citrusy hops notes with some huge floral hops undertones, some tropical notes and a dry finish. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid NEIPA.
