Very attractive pale yellow body, uniformly hazy with a billowing creamy white meringue of a head. It's in it for the long haul and leaves concentric lacing squiggles in its wake. Smells like sweaty peaches (peach pits, if you will) with spicy potpourri in the background. As it warms the spiciness and BO-ness start to present more "resinously."
Delicious. Not overly sweet, not overly fruity. Soft, almost-creamy stonefruit sweetness with a woody-spicy bitterness that is *almost* piney, but never quite gets there. Initially sweet and juicy, followed by a spicy wood wave that dries your mouth out very nicely.
This is a nice, well-made beer with the sort of hop you don't always see in NEIPA. And a good showcase of said hop to boot! Quite complex for being single hop. Rich but drinkable. Great beer!
