One month old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a hazy bright yellow with a fluffy head that leaves plenty of lacing. A couple of floaters visible in the bottom of the glass.
S: Ripe citrus fruits and peach paired with tropical notes of pineapple and mango. Slightly boozy.
T: Complex interplay of sweet and bitter notes. Peach, mango and tangerine on the one side, grapefruit on the other. A bit vegetal, a bit boozy.
F: Very juicy with a medium carbonation and a zesty punch.
O: Very flavorful and complex IPA. Sweet and boozy, but not overly so. Nicely balanced, yet complex and varied. Great beer.
