A-Hazy pale yellow with a fluffy white head
S-Fragrant peach, ripe tropical fruit, with a hint of lime, and musk.
M-Medium body, with low end carbonation and a juicy mouthfeel
T-Peach at the forefront with a balanced bitterness that follows the sweetness very well
O-Excellent brew. Great hop to profile in a single use.

Pours very nice. Cloudy pale yellow with a decent finger-sized head that is fairly ever-present as a ring. Confetti lacing. Nose is perfumey clementine skins with moderate apricot sweetness underneath. The flavor is considerably less sweet than the nose lets on, but the citrus and stone fruits is still there, a bit more in the background here and with an aromatic pineapple rind character.
It is extremely fluffy on the palate. Doesn't seem overcarbonated for the style, but at the same time has that evaporate-in-the-mouth cotton candy feel some Belgians do. Lingering chalky hop tingle.
This is a very nice beer that noticeably improves as it warms (and my fridge is set at 48°, so it needs to be way warmer than usual fridge temp). Good showcase of a hop I have little experience with. As it warms, the sweetness rounds out overall and the "weirdness" that comes out with southern hemisphere hops blooms in both the aroma and flavor in the form of perfumey-aromatic quality that is "different" but quite pleasant.
