Frederiksberg 22/5 2025. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque hazy Golden yellow with a small dense, creamy head. Settles as a thin, creamy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with citrus fruit and a touch of sulphur. Peach and mango. Grapefruit and lime. Moldy Gym bag.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, slightly viscous, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit sharp. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Well arrived!

Pours very nice. Milky yellow, hazy with a tight cap of creamy white head that sticks around as a well-furnishes film/ring throughout. Minimalist polkadot lacing.
The aroma is a unified trifecta of fresh peaches, dried apricots and peach rings (name brand, not gas station). The flavor has a bigger earthy/dank body but is still pretty stonefruit heavy.
As it warms, this light herbalish, floralish character comes out a bit more in the nose as well.
It is a soft, sweet beer with moderate carbonation, alcohol is there but unobtrusive, contributes to a pleasant overall mouth feel and a lingering finish. Very nice beer and my wallet weeps as I further get over my longstanding pseudo-animosity towards these guys' beers, by sucking it up and finding creative ways to be their unpaid cellarman. Live and learn.
