Copenhagen 30/8 2025. 40 cl from tap at Taphouse, Lavendelstræde, Kbh. K.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of over-ripe stone fruits mingling with zesty citrus fruits. Mango and bruised peach. Edge of alcohol. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingering. Finish is quite dry.
Potent DIPA - fermented yet citric.
