Frederiksberg 6/2 2025. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque Dark Brown with a small beige head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet and a bit sugary odor mingling with sweet spice and alcohol. Dark roasted malts, Brown sugar in abundance, vanilla and cocoa. Licorice and Dark chocolate.
Light carbonation. Thick, fat, viscous, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a touch of sour milk. Lingering. Finish is rather dry.
Potent Vanilla Boozer.
