Copenhagen 19/12 2025. 47,3 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Silver can with a crude drawing of a skull with a purple, light blue and orange.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small but frothy white head. Settles as a thin and patchy later of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruit mingling with a more aggressive tart and bitter citric scent . Mango and peach. Hint of fermentation. Lemon and lime. A little sharp.
Light carbonation Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed bt a medium strong citric bitterness, Aftertaste is tart with a notable sweet undertone. Finish is dry.
A fine and flavorful taken on a Hazy DIPA.
