Copenhagen 23/12 2025. 47,3 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Crude drawing of a skeletal wizard unleashing electrical bolts on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as paper thin lyer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet slightly fermented odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a stronger scent of citrus fruit. Sweet mango and peach. Bruised. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed byba strong searing bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry,
Potent and dry. Messorem Bracitorium does not disappoint.
