On-tap at South of North Brewing Co., South Lake Tahoe, CA
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a collar around the edge.
S: Light to moderate aromas of cream soda are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of cream soda along with hints of pale malts. No bitterness is present, although there are enough underlying hops to mask any sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and shares semblance with a cream soda in some aspects, particularly due to the addition of vanilla and lactose.
Serving type: on-tap
