On-tap at Jake's on the Lake, Tahoe City, CA
A: The beer is crystal clear light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that has good retention properties and never completely faded away.
S: Moderate arose of bready malts and grassy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste has strong flavors of bready malts along with notes of noble hobs and a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a very nice pilsner that is quite malty but has a good balance of hops to go along with them.
