From the half liter bottle, it pours a clear amber color with a modest off-white head that soon diminishes to a ring and some islands - a tiny bit of lacing is present. The nose gets sweet malts with caramel notes. The mouth follows nose with a smooth light caramel tasting malty brew with a very slight slick feel to it.
