Nassau is our New England IPA that’s juicy and hazy with notes of pineapple, coconut, tangerine, and herbal spice notes with a super soft mouthfeel. Heavily hopped with Sabro, Eukanot, and Zythos.

On draught at the brewery. It pours a turbid, dirty tangerine color with a thin, ecru-colored head and minimal lacing. The smell is great: Lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, melon, and floral hops. For a New England IPA it has a solid malt base. The fruit opens tart with lemon, lime, and grapefruit. The Ekuanot and Zithos hops shine. Then, as it warms in the glass sweeter melon and tangerine from the Sabro hops emerge. The flavors are well-balanced. It has a clean bitterness and a touch of hop burn at the finish. The mouth feel is plush with lively carbonation, and the 6.6% ABV gives it good substance but allows for easy drinking. Overall, Nassau impressed me. It's a very well-brewed local NEIPA with an interesting and effective hop bill.
