Copenhagen 6/4 2020. 44 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgaard web-shop. Very colorful splurp on the silver can.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a very big white head. Very bubbly and collapses almost completely leaving a thin patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with some sweet exotic fruit mingling with citric notes. Peach, grapes and tart gooseberries. Citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, tart sourness. Aftertaste is citric and sour. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry and vinous.
A quiet tart and sour pale ale. Fine fit for a sunny spring day.
