Burnt yellow color, completely dead with no head or carb. Caramel malts and smoky pineapple in the nose. Mellow tartness in the taste, bready caramel malt, pineapple flesh with a dash of burnt sugar. This was basically flat and lifeless, but surprisingly this didn't detract too much from the beer overall. Medium body, slick mouthfeel. Overall a good beer, but would definitely have benefited from some carb.
