This hazy, straw-hued, light bodied Pale Ale is brewed with 2-Row, Munich, and Flaked Wheat which makes for a silky smooth body with a mildly sweet backbone. Hopped with all late stage and dry additions of Citra, Cascade, Amarillo, and Simcoe. Aromas and flavors of bold citrus and tropical fruit. Drink, repeat.

This punches way above its weight in feel, body, and flavor. It's foamy head is ridiculously full for a 5% ABV beer. Interesting notes of papaya, yeast, and nuttiness. I find this to be a bold take on the hazy Pale Ale. Soft and fluffy carbo.
Drinks like an IPA for sure. Exceeded expectations

Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin hanging head.
Smells like too many hops.
Tastes like too many hops.
I don't like it at all.
I miss the pre-IPA'a of Dock Street! They were the best.
This just tastes like every other hoppy beer out there.
Not impressed.
There might be malt in there somewhere, but damned if I can taste it. Might as well brew it with corn syrup.
What ever happened to the original Amber & Illuminator?
Now, they make this for the hop heads.
