5.1% ABV 40 IBUs - New Zealand Pilsner - This modified single decoction Pilsner was brewed with our fellow South Philly friends at Brewery ARS. Hopped in the kettle with New Zealand hops Wai-iti and Riwaka, then dry hopped with more of both alongside the distinctly aromatic Nelson Sauvin.
