I had this on tap at Barcade in Philadelphia, served chilled in a pint.
The color is golden and has a slight chill haze with thick white head with fine bead that settles to a ring. The smell has a slight fruity ester with mild floral hops and malt aroma. The feel is excellent, crisp and moderately carbonated with slight spice toward the middle with light toasted texture and semi-dry finish very mild sweetness.
The flavor has a gentle pilsner malt toasted graininess with light sweet flavor which leads to a lightly fruity yeast element and finishes dry with a slight hint of hop bitterness more herbal flavor and slight spice in the hops but clean lager flavors with a very low alcohol influence meaning not apparent. Overall this is what a Kolsch should be in my opinion, well crafted and super-drinkable -this is a high quality example of the style.

Clear gold body with a decent-sized white head; retention and lace are also both good.
Clean aroma of grainy malt and grassy, very traditional hop notes. Flavor follow suit: clean, crisp, grainy, spicy, with a touch of yeast and a very German hop profile; lots of grass and some floral flavors; surprisingly, aggressively bitter, particularly in the finish. Just a touch of caramel sweetness.
Crisply carbonated and clean drinking; medium light body. Very refreshing. Nice Kolsch!

on tap at khyber
Pours a semi-clouded golden color with a layering of white head on top. Retains pretty well with some patchy lacing on the glass.
Soft citrus notes in the nose with some faint floral notes. A little sweet and bready with a soft buttery hint.
Very light hoppiness up front with a splash of citrus. Orange peel with some juiciness in between the spicy herbal hop notes. Biscuit malts with slight bready touches and a hint of buttery softness. Finishes a bit sweet and crisp.
Lighter medium body, decent carbonation, bubbly and crisp on the tongue. A refreshing drinker, pretty well balanced, something I'd probably have again.
