Appearance: Clear gold with clingy white head and effervescence from the base of the pint glass.
Aroma: Coriander, cloves, and banana peel.
Taste: Same as the nose plus a tiny bit of lemongrass with lemon rind. Classic Belgian wit. Pleasant aftertaste.
Feel: Light, crisp, lots of carbonation. Tiny bit dry.
