16 ounce can, looks like the date stamp on the bottom of the can is sometime in September 2025. Big thanks to Brutaltruth for this! Served in a weizen glass, the beer pours a slightly cloudy pale gold color with about an inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like bananas, wheat, clove and a bit of bubblegum. To me the taste is just like the aroma, but the clove and bubblegum flavors stand out without overpowering the other flavors. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, has a moderate amount of carbonation and it's easy enough to drink. Thought this was a good overall hefeweizen, definitely worth trying if you get the chance!

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This very nice hefe pours a pale slightly cloudy straw
color with a nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and
shows off some nice lacing. Nose of light clove, banana, soft grains, and honey sweet malt.
Flavors surpass the nose with a fine presentation of mild clove, banana, soft wheat, subtle
lemon zest, and honey sweet malt. Mouth feel is medium, medium light soft carbonation,
smooth, refreshing, and finishing with a light balanced banana and wheat note that is
moderately dry.

Overall, a stellar hefe!

Cheers

draught
Lightly milky, amber look. Some sharpness, to a lightly cloven spice aroma, with a touch of ripe banana, in the aroma. Light, slightly sour, fruity malt flavor, with a quick finish.

A worthy entry into the style from the good folks at gemüt. Appropriately unfiltered, with typical aromas of yeast, subtle banana (appreciate that it isn't overpowering), and hints of baking spice. Clean on the palate, with bready wheat characteristics. Low bitterness as expected. Easy to put away and refreshing in the heat.

Had it at the Biergarten and took a crowler home.
Pours a hazy pale gold color with a thick fluffy head, good retention.
Aroma has notes of banana and clove. Taste follows the nose.
Light body with good carbonation. O like it!
