Only mildly foggy light amber, not hazy really, with some sparkling carbonation under a tall white foam head settling to
a persistent creamy film leaving a few layers of coral lace.
A cereal malt presence is accented by a mild hop character that's a little fruity of orange and strawberry. Malt develops further to mild corn and a little toast, as the hops come to a slight piney bite.
The tingly to soft carbonation comes to a paper dry finish.
It's light and drinkable, with a very mild bitterness, but a few levels of haze and juiciness short of the heights of a true NEIPA.
