Toasty salted cracker quickly glides into tart sour lemon with a lactic yogurt character via a crisp tingly medium body that's almost puckering before a semi-dry finish.

This solid Berliner base really begs for a 450 North slushy style treatment, and some crazy froot concoctions could really bring in a crowd here. That said, they were offering some unique syrups if you wanted to add the classic Woodruff or raspberry flavor, or even more unique combos like tangerine lavender honey or grapefruit rosemary.
