A sunset amber sheen is slightly chill hazed, appearing near copper, with a short off-white head that settles to a spotty film and thin ring leaving some short wobbly hills around the edge.

The medium-light body has a firm yet fine carbonation that delivers lightly tart apple and pear with accents of faint white grape. The brett is measured and complementary, adding a faint nutty cedar and hay funk before the semi-dry, semi-bitter herbal finish, exhaling a hint of citrus and Spree.

I find it very intriguing to be enjoying a drinkably mid-day refresher from this newcomer. A lot of younger breweries make acid, horse blanket or clove heavy saisons their first go around, and rarely re-visit. But here I see some promise and hope they are able to continue on that path.
