Opaque magenta-red with a short white head quickly dying off to a thin ring.
Coming on with tons of tart raspberry up front, the fruit onslaught is tempered by some notes of vanilla whip and even pie crust. But then an unexpected hint of red wine vinegar, as if barrel aged, almost seems to crop up, but at the same time it may be an association I'm making from the very herbal, bushy blackberry in concert with the pink sea salt.
Quite quenching, the medium body has a fine but firmly filling carbonation and finishes a mostly clean semi-dry.
