Clear dark brown filling to 8 ball black with a short khaki head.
A Uniquely clean alternative to black IPA, this hints at being a punchy, piney cigar bomb, almost leaning into porter elements as well, before it immediately softens and lightens up in a way I haven't experienced in more of the classics, particularly on the ale front. The finish cleans up with lemon pith.
Super soft and very drinkably mild, this is for those who want more maltiness but can't stomach the Cascadian potency.
