One of our solid, hazy IPAs that we're glad to give an annual appearance. Huge grapefruit and mango flavours on a bed of dank, dank, dank.
Hops: Chinook, Citra, Citra Cryo, Strata.

Copenhagen 15/9 2021. 44 cl can from Ølkassen web-shop. Very green can with a globe in orange and yellow in different patterns.
Pours opaque, milky, slightly dirty orange with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a mild, sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with a stronger dry, sourish, citric scent. Peach and pineapple. Light whiff of caramel. Grapefruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. A bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
It's both opaque and dank. And dry on top of it. Good one.

Taste is juicy, dank, sweet and herbal. Notes of melon, gummy candy, grass and mango. Soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice NE IPA, if you enjoy herbal notes.
