Copenhagen 31/8 2021. 44 cl can from Ølkassen web-shop. Metallic can with a blue and golden globe.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Settles a 0,2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with strong citric notes. Mango and peach. Grapefruit and lime. Whiff of pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a streak of bubblegum. Lingers for a while. Finish is a bit dry.
Quite sweet but not too boozy. Nice agreeable DIPA.
