We started with a strong base and gave it a quick kettle sour before adding in 250G/litre of fresh mango and swirled in some vanilla ice cream.
Extra thick, creamy, tangy and sweet like a Solero ice cream.

Copenhagen 5/8 2023. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. A riffled yellow circle on a orange can.
Pours opaque murky yellow with a mid-sized white head. Very bubbly and disappears quickly. Resembles a milkshake or a smoothie more than a beer. Leaving the glass smeared and unclear. Not exactly pretty.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, sugary and slightly fermented odor of tropical fruit. Candy-like, multi-fruit juice with a touch or alcohol. Mango, peach and Passion fruits.
Light carbonation. Thick, creamy, viscous, fat, soft, smooth and kind of flat texture. Yogurt-like.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourness. Aftertaste is sweet and lightly sugary. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweet milkshake.
