Hazy pale straw gold, ample billowing foam. Sudsy texture. Bit of a gusher.
Aroma is nice, subtle Brett earthiness and mild pepper/clove phenolics.
Mild tartness, peppery phenolics, light straw and earthy Brett. Coarse carbonation that scrubs the palate, though a light aftertaste lingers. Sort of light and subtle, good with cheese. Overall it’s simple and refreshing.
