Pungent tropical citrus, calamansi, and Brett funk in the aroma.
Tart and crisp, minerally, peppery, prickly feel to the base saison.
Citra lends a juicy tropical splash to the deeper layer funky Brett.
Very dry gauzy finish, the Brett starts to take over as it warms.
Light resiny bitterness, dandelion greens, white pepper.
