Always Zag is a reluctant contrarian. It doesn't go against the grain just for the sake of doing something different buy because there are beautiful things to be found where no one else is looking. Always Zag pours a golden orange with hints off bubblegum that float over brioche, kumquat marmalade, and lemons zest before giving way to wet stones and holy basil. As this bottle evolves it will begin to display characters of pineapple, cherry pits, and pipe tobacco.
