Love both of these breweries and was excited to try these collaborations. Unfortunately this is putrid. The cloudy yellow pour with a white head is lovely but that is the highlight. Taste is bitter and yeasty in not just a wild sense but almost underdone, burning hops notes pierce the brett, yikes. Smell is herbal hopped, brett and soapy. Feel is pale and somewhat bright, but again WAY more bitter than sour or funky. Drain pour

Pale gold, ample foam with an attractive halo of drippy lace in the glass.
Aroma is floral, herbal, and a bit phenolic.
Taste is harsh, phenolic clove, herbal bitters, chlorine. Something seems off here.
Very astringent, strongly bitter, very twangy but not sour.
Overall it was barely drinkable, very out of balance and astringent. A rare miss from Is/Was.
