Anchois - Conditioned with Supermoon's mixed culture

Anchois is brewed with our rustic friends at Supermoon. It is built around the new, and curiously named, Anchovy hops. These unique hops add notes of watermelon rind, pine, and red raspberries to the lemon curd, cantaloupe, white pepper, and nutty wheat character of the base beer. Bottle conditioned with Supermoon's mixed culture.
