Tree Tipper- Gin Barrel Aged

We took last year's batch of Tree Tipper and rested it in gin barrels with the addition of our house blend of brettanomyces and our house mixed culture. After nearly a year of conditioning we pulled it out of barrels and let it condition a little while longer on some fresh spruce tips. The result is a truly remarkable beer with notes of bright citrus, spruce tips, honey-sweet aromas, fruity pebbles, juniper mango, and lightly sweet notes of vanillin and a lightly acidic finish.
