aromas are just bursting out the glass, very enticing notes of white grape, floral and herbal character, lemongrass, meyer lemon, hint of oak.
on palate this one is refreshingly light, zippy, and tart, wonderful depth of funky flavors that is quite pungent and slightly spicy, earthy minerality, lemon, hay, oak. a wonderful beer!

This one pours a bright hazy yellow color, with a fluffy head, and a decent sheet of lacing.
This smells like herbal funk and lemon, honey, some light funky sweetness, white wine, and a bit of tartness.
People have been really hyped about this brewery, and I can see why. The honey adds a drippy sweet and funky thing to it, with a nice funky lemon thing going on, a bit of wine, some light oak, and a nice grassy/herbal funk. It's all pretty well constructed in my eyes.
This is light bodied, clean, and rich despite the lighter body. I could imagine drinking many bottles of this one.
I liked this one a little bit better than Primordia, but both were great for sure.

Bottom corner reads "Brewed January 2019" and top corner reads "07/07/19" is that a bottling date, perhaps? Not sure.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a nice burnt yellow color with some glossiness to it. A foamy white head settled off to leave a little bit of lace sitting concavely against the glass.
The aroma had a very nice lemon verbana flowing through some grassiness. Honey arranges in for fabulous touch.
The flavor leaned towards a sour to sour character with some floral tips and an ever so slight touch of honey sweetness. Mild honey aftertaste with tart character.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a decent sipping quality about it. Some dryness and some tartness run across my tongue. Good carbonation. Finishes with dry biscuits, honey and floral tips.
Overall, I liked this one for me and honestly see this more as an American wild ale. Braggots need to have more honey taking the lead in all departments and this beer does not do that.

deep notes of honey, lemon, hay- I also get an ocean breeze like nose that is perplexing and surreal.

375 ml. bottle.
Brewed January, 2019.
Bottled 07/07/2019.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 1/2 inch white head over a slightly hazy, light golden body with scant lacing. Nose of citrus, honey, and a bit of hay/straw. Taste is more honey, though the citrus tartness is holding its own. Finish is as dry as a Biere de Miel can get, would definitely have again, and would recommend. Good feel and overall, a solid Biere de Miel from FFB and cheers to Lillian for yet another fine offering!
