Ale fermented in oak with our beloved mixed culture. Aged on the lees for 8 months and then blended with young-ish stainless bier. Conditioned on hand picked tangerine gem marigolds from our little garden in Bristol, VT.

b2, gold wax. 18 months on lees blended with 9 month old stainless on lemon gem marigolds. Beautiful color, Nose of cedar, wood chips, lemon, Green pepper, under ripe coffee, lemon balm, paraffin, floral candle wax. Taste is lemon, yankee candle, fresh cut wood. green coffee, some barrel. tart but finishes clean, drinkable.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like citrusy funk, a touch of juicy hop character, a slight floral character, and a light acidity.
The lower level of carbonation kind of flattens the flavor here, but it's got a really smooth and creamy citrusy funk to it. I expected a bit more floral character given the marigolds in there.
This is softly and lightly carbonated, and pretty drinkable.
I think with a bit more carbonatin and punch when/if B2 comes out, this will be much better.

this one is funky and floral with some pleasant fruity acidity. there is hay, lemongrass, oak, spicy funk, floral quality almost hinting at lavender or something perfumey, lemon juice and bright acidity invoking sour orange flavor, white grape, mellow tannins. very tasty beer!
